What the robot cleans in a conservatory

A window cleaning robot holds onto vertical, smooth, framed glass by suction. In a conservatory or a glazed veranda, that means the side walls and the large panes, inside and out.

What it does not clean

None of our models is designed for a glass roof or for glass lying flat. Do not place a robot on the roof of your conservatory. If the roof is what you want to clean, this collection is not the right one, and we would rather tell you so.

How to choose

Measure your glass walls and look at the seals: the larger and higher the panes, the more time the robot saves you. OLA Ultra, with its square shape and double spraying, is the model we offer for vertical conservatory glass. It does the bulk of the work. Plan a quick wipe with a microfibre cloth in the corners and where it stops. To clean the outside, always tie the safety rope to a fixed point inside.

Frequently asked questions

Can it clean the glass roof of my conservatory?
No. Our robots are designed for vertical glass. None of them is designed for a glass roof or for glass lying flat, so do not place one there.
Does it work on the vertical panes of a conservatory?
Yes, on vertical, smooth panes. Thick seals, glazing bars and dividers can get in its way, so check the model page before you order.
Can it clean the outside of the conservatory?
Yes, if you can place it from an opening. Always tie the safety rope to a fixed point inside, and stay close during the cycle.
Will it leave streaks?
It does the bulk of the work, but a pass can leave marks, especially in full sun or on very dirty glass. Wash in the shade with clean pads, and keep a microfibre cloth for the stopping point and the corners.
