Returns and refunds

You have 30 days after receiving your order to return it to us free of charge, without having to give a reason. That is longer than the legal withdrawal period of 14 days.

How to return a product

1. Write to us from the Contact page or fill in the withdrawal form, with your order number.
2. We reply within 2 working days with the steps to follow. Return costs are on us.
3. Send back the complete product, if possible in its original packaging.

Refund

We refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, to the payment method used when you placed the order.

Prefer another model? Tell us in your message: we ship it as soon as we receive the first one.
