Terms of service

These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern distance sales made on the OLA site between GROUPE NEXT SAS and its consumer customers. Read them before you place an order: by confirming your payment, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted them.

See also our legal notice.

Article 2 – Scope

The T&Cs apply to every order placed on the OLA site by a consumer, that is, an individual acting for purposes outside their professional activity. They apply to deliveries in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Ireland. A purchase for professional purposes does not give the rights specific to consumers: write to us to discuss it.

The version that applies is the one online on the day of your order. We may change it for the future; orders already placed remain subject to the version in force on their date.

Article 3 – Products

OLA offers window-cleaning robots (including OLA Pro and OLA Ultra), Lefant robot vacuum cleaners (M1, M2 Plus) and accessories (pads, cloths, cleaner). Each product page describes the product's main characteristics, what is included in the shipment and the delivery time.

Photographs illustrate the product without guaranteeing an identical appearance: the colour may vary depending on your screen. If an illustration differs from the text of the product page, the text prevails. Products are offered while stocks last. If a product becomes unavailable after your order, we tell you without delay, offer you, if you wish, an equivalent product or a new delivery time, and refund you within 14 days if you prefer to cancel.

Read the instructions before first use and follow the usage and safety guidance they contain.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are shown in euros, taxes included (VAT included). They include delivery, which is free. The price shown in your cart is the final price; only the optional delivery protection (Article 8) is added if you keep it.

The price that applies is the one shown when you confirm your order. We may change our prices at any time for the future, without effect on orders already confirmed. In the event of an obvious display error (for example a zero or derisory price for the product), we contact you before shipping: you can confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it with a full refund.

Offers. Any offers are shown on the site with their conditions; unless stated otherwise, they cannot be combined.

Article 5 – Order

  1. You choose your products and add them to the cart.
  2. You enter your delivery address and contact details, then choose your payment method. You can check and correct your order before confirming it, and choose whether to add the delivery protection offered in the cart.
  3. You click the confirmation button, which commits you to pay. At that point, you acknowledge that you have read the T&Cs.
  4. We send you a confirmation email summarising your order, its price and the delivery terms.

The contract is formed when payment is confirmed and our confirmation email is sent. We refuse an order only for a legitimate reason: suspected fraud, failed payment, an earlier unresolved dispute, product unavailable, address outside the areas we serve, clearly abnormal quantities. We tell you and, if you have already paid, refund you in full.

We keep the contract concluded with you as the law requires, in particular for 10 years when its amount exceeds €120, and give you access to it on request.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due in full when you order. It is made by card (CB, Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Apple Pay or Klarna, depending on the payment methods offered at checkout. Payments are made on a secure page run by Shopify and its payment partners; GROUPE NEXT SAS does not keep your card numbers. Your bank may ask you for strong authentication (3D Secure).

Klarna allows payment in instalments, subject to its acceptance: Klarna alone decides whether to accept this payment method, and shows you its own terms at checkout. If Klarna declines, you can choose another payment method.

If payment is declined or fails, the order is not confirmed. We may carry out anti-fraud checks before shipping and ask you for proof; refusing to provide it may lead to the order being cancelled with a refund.

Article 7 – Delivery

The details are in our shipping policy, which is part of the T&Cs. In summary:

  • delivery is free, in France, Germany, Italy, Spain and Ireland;
  • products are shipped from warehouses located in the European Union (Germany or Poland, depending on the product), so there are no customs charges within the European Union;
  • the delivery time depends on each product: it is shown on each product page, under the buy button, and repeated at checkout (3 to 10 working days for most products, 5 to 12 working days for some); it starts when the order is confirmed;
  • a tracking number is emailed to you when the order ships.

If the announced time is exceeded, you can formally require us to deliver within a reasonable additional period. If we do not deliver within that new period, you can cancel the contract by email or by letter and we refund all the amounts you paid within 14 days (Articles L216-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code). If we refuse to deliver, or if the delivery date was an essential condition of your purchase, you can cancel the contract immediately. Where no time is announced, the law requires delivery no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

Transfer of risk. The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you when you, or a third party you have designated other than the carrier, physically take possession of the product (Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code). Before that handover, the product travels at our risk: if a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, we replace it or refund you.

On receipt. We advise you to check the condition of the parcel and to note precise reservations if there is visible damage. This precaution helps the carrier handle the claim but is not a condition of your rights.

Article 8 – Delivery protection (option)

Delivery protection is an optional service from GROUPE NEXT SAS, offered at €19.99 including tax per order. It is offered in your cart: you choose whether to add it before paying. If you keep it, it appears on your order as a separate line from the price of the products.

8.1 What is covered

  • a parcel lost by the carrier;
  • a parcel damaged in transit;
  • a parcel shown as delivered but that you did not receive (for example, if it is stolen after being left).

8.2 What we do

If your claim falls within one of these cases, we reship a new product to you free of charge, without waiting for the carrier's investigation to end. If the product is no longer available, we refund you.

8.3 How to make a claim

Write to support@ola-product.com giving your order number:

  • lost or not received parcel: within 14 days after the delivery date shown by the carrier, with a sworn statement that you did not receive it;
  • damaged parcel: within 7 days after receipt, with photos of the parcel and of the product.

8.4 Your legal rights do not change

Delivery protection does not reduce your legal rights in any way. Without it, transport remains at our risk in any case until the parcel is handed to you or to the person you have designated (Article L. 216-4 of the French Consumer Code). The protection adds cover for a parcel shown as delivered but not received and priority handling, without a prior investigation. The claim deadlines in section 8.3 apply only to the protection: they do not prevent you from reporting a defect or damage to us at any time under the legal guarantees (Article 10).

8.5 Refund of the protection

The price of delivery protection is refunded if the order is cancelled before it ships, or if you withdraw from the whole order (Article 9).

8.6 One protection per order

Only one delivery protection can be added per order. It is not sold on its own: it goes with an order of products.

Article 9 – Right of withdrawal and returns

Under Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the product to withdraw without giving a reason and without penalty. If your order contains several products delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last one.

To withdraw, tell us your decision clearly before the end of the period, at support@ola-product.com or by post to the registered office address, giving your order number. You can also withdraw online: Withdraw from contract here. The model withdrawal form is in the annex to these T&Cs. We confirm by email that we have received your request.

The return address is emailed to you after your request: do not send anything back before that message, and nothing to the registered office. You must send the product back no later than 14 days after telling us your decision. Return costs are paid by us for all products: in our email we tell you how to proceed so that the return costs you nothing.

We refund you all the amounts paid, including delivery costs, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product or proof that it was sent, whichever is earlier, using the same payment method as for the order. You are liable only for any loss in value of the product resulting from handling other than what is needed to establish its nature, characteristics and proper functioning. The price of delivery protection is refunded in the cases provided for in Article 8.5.

Exceptions. The law excludes the right of withdrawal for a few categories of products (Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). None of them applies to the products we sell: the right of withdrawal applies to all our products.

Free returns within 30 days. In addition to this legal right, OLA accepts returns requested up to the 30th day after receipt, on the same terms for return costs and refunds, as set out in the returns and refund policy. For this period, the product must be complete and in its packaging. This 30-day period includes the legal 14-day period.

Article 10 – Guarantees

The seller must deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for lack-of-conformity defects existing at the time of delivery. The legal guarantees apply without formalities and at no cost to you, regardless of any commercial guarantee. They are owed by the seller, even if the product is made by a third party.

Reminder of the legal guarantees

The consumer has two years from delivery of the goods to enforce the legal guarantee of conformity (garantie légale de conformité) if a lack of conformity appears. During this period, the consumer only has to show that the lack of conformity exists, not when it appeared. Where the contract of sale of the goods provides for digital content or a digital service to be supplied continuously for more than two years, the legal guarantee applies to that digital content or digital service throughout the supply period provided for. During this period, the consumer only has to show that the lack of conformity affecting the digital content or digital service exists, not when it appeared. The legal guarantee of conformity requires the trader, where applicable, to supply all updates necessary to keep the goods in conformity. The legal guarantee of conformity entitles the consumer to have the goods repaired or replaced within thirty days of the request, free of charge and without major inconvenience to the consumer. If the goods are repaired under the legal guarantee of conformity, the consumer benefits from a six-month extension of the original guarantee. If the consumer asks for the goods to be repaired but the seller imposes replacement, the legal guarantee of conformity is renewed for a period of two years from the date of replacement. The consumer may obtain a reduction of the purchase price while keeping the goods, or end the contract and obtain a full refund against return of the goods, if: 1° the trader refuses to repair or replace the goods; 2° the repair or replacement takes place after a period of thirty days; 3° the repair or replacement causes major inconvenience to the consumer, in particular where the consumer permanently bears the cost of taking back or removing the non-conforming goods, or bears the cost of installing the repaired or replacement goods; 4° the lack of conformity persists despite the seller's unsuccessful attempt to bring the goods into conformity. The consumer is also entitled to a price reduction or to termination of the contract where the lack of conformity is so serious that an immediate price reduction or termination is justified. The consumer is then not required to ask first for repair or replacement. The consumer is not entitled to termination of the sale if the lack of conformity is minor. Any period during which the goods are immobilised for repair or replacement suspends the guarantee that remained to run until the repaired goods are delivered. The rights above result from Articles L. 217-1 to L. 217-32 of the French Consumer Code. A seller who in bad faith obstructs the application of the legal guarantee of conformity is liable to a civil fine of up to €300,000, which can be raised to 10% of average annual turnover (Article L. 241-5 of the French Consumer Code). The consumer also benefits from the legal guarantee against latent defects under Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, for two years from discovery of the defect. This guarantee gives the right to a price reduction if the goods are kept, or to a full refund against return of the goods.

Commercial guarantee

Any commercial guarantee that the manufacturer or the seller may offer is in addition to the legal guarantees: it does not replace them or reduce their scope.

To claim under a guarantee, write to support@ola-product.com with your order number and photos or a short video of the problem. Depending on the case, we exchange or repair the product; if that is not possible, we refund you or reduce the price, as provided by law.

Article 11 – Liability

GROUPE NEXT SAS is liable under ordinary law and does not limit or exclude any of the rights the law gives you. OLA is not liable for damage resulting solely from use that does not follow the product instructions. This limit does not apply to personal injury caused by a defect in the product, for which you remain protected by law (Articles 1245 et seq. of the French Civil Code). OLA is not liable for a failure caused by force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code.

Article 12 – Intellectual property

The texts, images, logos, trademarks and content of the site belong to GROUPE NEXT SAS or to their owners. Reproducing or reusing them without written permission is prohibited. Buying a product gives you no rights over these elements.

Article 13 – Personal data

The data collected when you order is processed to perform the contract and for the purposes described in our privacy policy, which also describes how we use cookies.

Article 14 – Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, write to support@ola-product.com or to the registered office address. We reply by email within 2 working days.

In accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you may use a consumer mediator, free of charge, to settle a dispute with us amicably. Before you do so, please write to us at support@ola-product.com: we reply within 2 working days.

Article 15 – Governing law and competent courts

The T&Cs are written in French and governed by French law. They are also offered in German, Italian, Spanish and English for your convenience; if there is any difference, the French version prevails, without reducing the rights you have as a consumer. If you live in another European Union country, you keep the benefit of the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. You may bring proceedings, at your choice, before the court of the place where you live or the court of the place where the harmful event occurred, as provided by law.

Article 16 – Final provisions

If a provision of the T&Cs is declared void or unenforceable, the others remain in force. Failing to rely on a provision does not mean giving up the right to rely on it later.

Annex – Model withdrawal form

Complete and send this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. Using it is optional: a clear statement online, by email or by post is enough.
