Our robots ship from warehouses in Europe (Germany, Poland, France or Spain, depending on the model). The estimated delivery date is shown on each product page, just below the buy button, in working days.

Prices, duties and taxes

Prices shown include VAT. Delivery within the European Union does not involve any customs fees.

Damaged or incomplete parcel

Write to us within 48 hours with a photo of the parcel and the product: we will send the missing part or a new product.

Warranty

All our robots are covered for 2 years from delivery, under the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

If something goes wrong

Write to us from the Contact page with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo or a short video. We reply within 2 working days and offer, depending on the case, a repair, a replacement or a refund.

What the warranty does not cover

Damage caused by misuse (for example a fall when the safety rope was not attached) and normal wear of the microfibre pads.

How does the station work?
The robot empties its dust into the station, into a sealed dust bag. Lefant states up to 45 days of dust before the bag needs changing.
Do I have to buy bags?
From time to time: a sealed bag holds up to 45 days of dust and takes seconds to change.
Is it suitable for pet hair?
Yes: with 6,000 Pa of suction and a station that empties itself, it picks up hair and dust day to day. As with any robot with a brush, remove long hair wound around the brush from time to time.
What does it do with rugs?
With the mop holder attached, it detects rugs and avoids them to keep them dry. When you remove the holder, suction automatically goes to maximum for a deeper clean.
Can it clean while I'm out?
Yes: from the app you start or schedule cleaning room by room, even remotely. You come home to a clean house.
What do the “45 days” mean?
That's the station's capacity: the robot empties its dust into it after each run, and a sealed bag lasts up to 45 days before it needs changing.
What is the app for?
The Lefant app lets you start cleaning by room or by zone, edit zones and set the water flow on 3 levels for each room. The robot connects to dual-band Wi-Fi, 2.4 and 5 GHz.
Does it mop as well, or only vacuum?
It does both. The water tank holds 300 ml, and you set the water flow on 3 levels for each room from the app, to suit the floor and how dirty it is.
Does it work on several floors?
Yes: it automatically creates maps for several levels and plans its routes accordingly. You carry it from one level to the next.
How does it avoid obstacles?
It combines a 360° LiDAR, which maps the room, with 190° PSD obstacle avoidance and nine triangulation distance sensors. Still, tidy cables and small objects off the floor before you start it.
When will it arrive?
It ships from a warehouse in Germany, with free delivery. The estimated date is shown under the buy button, and the tracking number is emailed to you as soon as it ships.
What if it isn't right for me, or breaks down?
You have 30 days to return it free of charge, and a 2-year warranty. Our customer service replies by email within 2 working days, with an exchange or a refund.
