The Lefant M1 vacuums and mops your floors for you. It navigates by laser, follows a path you can monitor in the app and, if the battery isn't enough, recharges before picking up where it stopped. Offered for hard floors, carpet and pet hair, it is set up from the app: no-go zones, area and stain cleaning, Alexa and Google Home voice control.

Delivery is free on all orders, in mainland France and throughout the European Union.

Delivery times

Our robots ship from warehouses in Europe (Germany, Poland, France or Spain, depending on the model). The estimated delivery date is shown on each product page, just below the buy button, in working days.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also follow your parcel from the Track my order page.

Prices, duties and taxes

Prices shown include VAT. Delivery within the European Union does not involve any customs fees.

Damaged or incomplete parcel

Write to us within 48 hours with a photo of the parcel and the product: we will send the missing part or a new product.

Warranty

All our robots are covered for 2 years from delivery, under the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

If something goes wrong

Write to us from the Contact page with your order number, a description of the problem and, if possible, a photo or a short video. We reply within 2 working days and offer, depending on the case, a repair, a replacement or a refund.

What the warranty does not cover

Damage caused by misuse (for example a fall when the safety rope was not attached) and normal wear of the microfibre pads.

Frequently asked questions

Does it vacuum and mop?
Yes, it's a 2-in-1: a roller brush vacuums and a mop scrubs. The brush cover and the mop are both floating, so they follow the floor, even a slightly uneven one.
Is it suitable for pet hair?
Yes: it's designed for hard floors, carpet and pet hair. From time to time, remove long hair wound around the brush, as with any robot. In the app you can also block off a zone so your pet isn't disturbed.
What about rugs and carpet?
It goes over carpet and rugs. To keep a rug dry while it mops, simply draw a no-go zone around it in the app.
Can it clean while I'm out?
Yes: schedule the cleaning in the app for the times you're away, and set the suction level. You come home to a clean house.
What can I set in the app?
You follow its path, schedule the cleaning, set the suction level and change the mode. You also pick an area to clean, start a stain-cleaning run and draw no-go zones (virtual walls). Voice control works with Alexa and Google Home.
How long does the battery last?
Up to 200 minutes. If the battery isn't enough to clean everything, it recharges and then picks up where it stopped.
Is there an emptying station?
The M1 is emptied by hand in a few seconds: no bags to buy. Prefer one that empties itself? The Lefant M2 Plus has an automatic emptying station.
Does it clean corners and edges?
It runs along the edges of every room. Like any round robot, it reaches slightly less into the depth of the corners: a quick sweep now and then, and it does all the rest.
Can it clean a specific area?
Yes: pick an area in the app and it goes there to clean it. You can also start a stain-cleaning run.
When will it arrive?
It ships from a warehouse in Germany, and delivery is free. The estimated date is shown under the buy button, and you get the tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
What if it isn't right for me, or breaks down?
You have 30 days to return it free of charge, and a 2-year warranty. Our customer service replies by email within 2 working days, with an exchange or a refund.
